Project's Objectives:

Strengthening the Capacity of Youth Workers

Feel Green enhances the knowledge and competencies of youth workers by providing practical tools, educational methodologies, and innovative learning resources focused on energy efficiency and sustainability. The project supports professionals in delivering engaging non-formal education activities that inspire young people to adopt environmentally responsible behaviours and become active contributors to climate action.

A key objective of the project is to strengthen green skills among youth workers and young people. By introducing practical concepts related to energy efficiency, sustainable lifestyles, responsible resource management, and environmental awareness, Feel Green contributes to the development of competencies that support both personal growth and active citizenship in a rapidly changing world.

The project creates a comprehensive collection of educational materials that simplify complex energy-related concepts and transform them into practical learning experiences. Through the Energy-Efficiency Research Database, the Methodological Guide, the Handbook of Good Practices, and the online learning platform, Feel Green provides accessible resources that remain available beyond the project’s lifetime.

Feel Green promotes behavioural change by increasing awareness of the importance of responsible energy consumption and sustainable everyday practices. The project encourages participants to translate knowledge into action, supporting the adoption of environmentally friendly habits both individually and within their local communities.

Digital education forms a central component of Feel Green. Through the development of an interactive online platform with four educational modules, the project expands access to high-quality learning opportunities, enabling youth workers and young people to acquire knowledge through flexible, accessible, and user-friendly digital resources.

Feel Green strengthens cooperation between organisations from Greece, Slovakia, and Luxembourg by promoting the exchange of expertise, educational methodologies, and good practices. The transnational partnership creates opportunities for collaborative learning, intercultural dialogue, and the development of innovative approaches that respond to common environmental challenges across Europe.
